It is possible to change your race distance until ticket sales close. When changing to a longer distance, the difference between the price at the time of the original registration and the price at the time of the change will be charged. When switching to a shorter distance, the organizer will not refund any possible price difference. Notify the organizer of the distance change by email at tampereenopiskelijapuolikas@gmail.com (use MATKAN VAIHTO as the email subject).
The organizer has the right to charge a €5 change fee for processed distance changes.
You can cancel your registration, but the participation fee will not be refunded. To cancel your participation, send an email to tampereenopiskelijapuolikas@gmail.com (use OSALLISTUMISEN PERUUTUS as the email subject). In case of illness, your participation can be transferred to the following year’s event upon presenting a medical certificate.
Participation can be transferred to another person until 17 April 2026 by sending an email to tampereenopiskelijapuolikas@gmail.com (use SIIRTO TOISELLE HENKILÖLLE as the email subject). Include the person’s name, date of birth, phone number, and email address in the message.
The organizer has the right to charge a €5 transfer fee for processed transfers.
This year we aren’t able to provide such service.
If the event is cancelled, the participant will be reimbursed for the amount they paid, excluding Kide.App’s transaction fee.
